Comparatively, for a legal specialty that is somewhat new and a niche, eDiscovery law has produced an impressive number of outstanding jurists who have made electronic discovery an important part of their jurisprudence. It is acknowledged that no jurist has had a greater impact on eDiscovery than the Honourable Shira Scheindlin, a US District Judge for the Southern District of New York.
